They call at least two times per day asking for the owner. When you say the owner doesn't work from this location, they hang up before you have a chance to ask for any information. Today I spoke to them and said i was interested in their magnets. I asked some specific questions about sizes and shapes and they transferred me to "Mike" the manager. Mike gave me some info and when I asked him could i call him right back, he did give me the number, but then tried to sell me VERY QUICKLY and in a very rapid-fire manner - so much so that my customer standing across the counter could hear him coming over the phone loud and clear... she raised an eyebrow, naturally. In any case, he tried to get me to make a decision right then and there, and then asked to hold, but I said I would call him back. 1.800.448.1541. I did call back to verify someone answers and they do. They may or may not have great products, but their marketing tactics are abominable. You need a street address to file a complaint with the BBB, which I don't have. He did tell me that they moved from Tekwila, WA to Federal heights, CO. I hope someone can find out more about them and report them. Yuck.
