I am looking for an address for them, so I can semd them a  C&D Letter .............IF anyone knows it or can find it, it would be Greatly Appreciated! PLEASE post it on this website.

I have been receiving three or four calls per day for the last two weeks...and, I have a message machine for bonafide calls. I buy the phone number that I am assigned by the phone company for my "personal" needs.

Commercial telemarketing swine have no business ringing my phone to sell me anything. It is my phone. I am already on the national "do not call registry"...so, these pigs know not to call in the first place.

Only in America do we allow this type of corporate scum to harass and interfere with our personal lives with "impunity"...because the gov't isn't going to do one iota of remedy.

If your number is registered with DONOTCALL.GOV you can report their calls and they get fined for each call. If they start getting fined perhaps they will drop this annoying way of trying to drum up business

If your number is registered with the government site DONOTCALL.GOV then you can report them to that site and they get a fine for each phone call...hit em where it hurts...in their pocketbook.

This is Bank of America trying to sell insurance products.  Call the number back and there are easy instructions about how to get on the Do Not Call List.

They could just be innocent telemarketers in some cases.  My other suspicion is that BoA has contracted out their security to some company whose sole job is security/background-checking BoA customers and are calling to verify that your name matches with your phone number (plus, gleaning any other info).  I say this because if you notice, the very first thing they are intent on getting is your name - without identifying who they are or introducing themselves - and then they sometimes hang-up.  My 0.02.
