This company is charging my account $59.50, a day and I do not know who they are, when I called to inform them they said that they would reverse the charges, they haven't yet. Is this an identity theft company?

I don't know who it is, but you need to talk to your bank about this immediately to put a stop to it.

We`ve also had $69.99 charged to our check card, twice from this company silver sky with this same phone number, yesterday and today. Thanks for your post. we`ve contacted our bank.

NET ADDRESS (also doing business as USA.net) is now billing as SILVER SKY.

I recently saw a $39.99 charge on my check card from SILVER SKY and was initially concerned.

I've been a USA.net customer for many, many years, and they are a perfectly legitimate company.

It is not an identity theft company, but is a provider of an email service.  (I've been using it for years for my xxxxx@usa.net email accounts.

Hopefully this billing notice change information will be helpful to others as well.

I concur with Richard George. I am a longtime usa.net customer. I don't remember getting a message that they were changing their name but I probably just didn't read it carefully. They offer a good service, great spam filters.

I have also been a netaddress customer for many years.  I did NOT know they were billing as Silver Sky.  Good to know

Yeah, didn't recognize it, but was a legit charge for adding an email account for a new employee.

I had a charge on my card and called them.  They provide email services... vanity email.  For example, I work for Century 21 and they provide the outbound email service with the Century 21 address.

they didn't call.  Just saw phone number on my debit account and didn't recognize.  Silversky is who handles the email accounts for my work email address and I have to pay them once a year.  If they are charging your account by mistake, it would be the person that is paying with your info doing it and not the company.   They are indeed a legitimate company
