Automated message that askes for a person (Victor Rasario).  The message says press 1 if this is that person, press 2 if you have to go get him.  I have received this call at least a dozen times.

I've gotten it several times opn my cell.  They ask for someone, an Edward something.  Its annoying.

These automated calls are from the Credit Bureau of Reading and Berks County in Pennsylvania. After receiving two calls for a complete stranger, I managed to track down this company and they have told me they will delete me from the list. Their number is 610 9167200
(Honestly, it should be illegal for collection agencies to use automated calls, especially when they don't give the recipient the opportunity to point out that they are NOT the debtor!)

You can also call them at the 800 number and advise them that you are not the person and get them to remove you. The person I dealt with was actually quick nice about it.

Recorded message asking for a specific person by name.  Asks to press 1 if you are that person, press 2 to put call on hold to get that person.  Will repeat a few times and will automatically hang up if you take no action.

Caller is not identified in any way.  Has called my home about 20 times or more.  I am tired of receiving these calls!

I've fielded many calls from this number, the funny part is this has been a company phone for a few years and we don't have a Sanjay!  If I were performing any service for a customer I'd verify they are who they claim to be, but that's just one of my silly practices.  This could be one of the many reasons I'm not forced to use collection agencies....

It's some collection agency.  They are calling for me but trying to collect something that should have gone through my insurance.  I've explained this to them (as well as the hospital) over and over and over and over again but they WON'T LEAVE ME ALONE!

don't know who they are but they keep calling at all times of the day. I have called ID so I won't answer.. now I have REJECTION CALLS... THEY GO ON THAT NOW.. PAIN IN THE .. YOU KNOW WHAT

It is from Berks County Collection Agency.  Trying to collect a medical outstanding dept.

They say they are not from a bill collection agency.  The caller names my daughter (different last name).  I pay for this phone line, it is in my name.

They will not disclose the reason for the call: "it's a personal matter". Me "Are you a bill collector?" Caller "No".  The next step is to submit this to small claims court for harassment after asking them to stop calling. If they would disclose the true reason for the call maybe I could help get this resolved.

Receive at least 2-3 calls from them a DAY! They ask for me and one time I went through the process and the "bill" they are trying to collect is for a surgery that happened in May but they say it is a debt from something in January... Also, I was covered by my parents insurance at the time and this was paid for and NEVER gave my cell phone to the doctor or anyone. When they ask for your payment they say you must pay the full amount now. I don't give any information to people who contact me especially over the phoneI have also sent 2 cease and desist notices to them to contact me ONLY by mail.. never received ANYTHING in the mail. just calls every day. One day I received 11. I am now changing my number because this is become a huge problem.

Called and I was the only one up. Automated so I couldn't say they weren't available.

Showed up on my caller id.
