I received over 10 calls over the past two days from this number, and only once was there a person at the other end of the predictive dialer.  When the salesman asked for my husband, I asked what company he was from.  He paused, then said something with the word "financial" in it.  When I asked him to have our number removed from their calling list, he hung up on me.  I received another dead call (so far) from them today.  We have excellent credit and no debt other than a mortgage, so this company is not a collection company.

Seems like I get calls from this number every other weekday at about the same time. No body answers when I pick up the phone.  When I call back, it rings twice and that's it.  What is going on here?

i keep getting calls from this number-- maybe 8 in the past week.
like a previous poster, there was only a person once, who asked me if i had received mail from them about how to lower my credit card rates. problem-- i've never had a credit card.

i asked him, "is this assuming i have a credit card?" him: "yes. do you?" Me, slightly agitated: "No." Him: "ok." and he hung up!

i really am starting to hate whoever is behind this phone number.

I just received the same type of call as all of the above posts about 2 minutes ago.  I have been getting them all week.  This one I answered.  I heard what sounded like young guys talking in the background.  I started yelling int the phone.  Then I heard "you're a moron" and they hung up.  I tried calling back and it rang twice and then nothing but the timer on my cell phone kept rolling as if I was connected to something.  This is very annoying!!!

I get calls from this number all day long every day!  It's driving me nuts.  No one is ever there when I answer, and if I call back it just rings two times and then is a dead line.  Always on my cell.  This has been happening for two weeks - how can I stop this!??!?!

I JUST RECIEVED THE FIRST CALL, IF I GET ANOTHER IM TRACKING IT AND REPORTING IT TO THE FRAUD UNIT AND WE'LL GO FROM THERE .

I get this call almost every other hour, on the hour.  Who can we complain to??

I have been getting calls everyday from this number for 2 weeks.  No one has ever been on the line.  Just beeps when I answer and 2 rings when I call back.  This happens at least 3 times a day and already 3 times this morning.  I am not answering anymore.  If I could block it on my cell phone I would, but I don't have that feature on my cell phone.

I'm a victim too! Anyone know some way we can harass them as they do us? Perhaps we should all call this number at the same time for an hour or two to blow up their system...

Just like the other callers.  I too have received sometimes 2  in one day  every day   My cell phone company told me to save it to my phone and mark it as "Do Not Answer ".  I did receive a phone call from a person asking me if I want to save money on my credit card. I told her I do not own a credit card and she hung out. My main concern is when I answer this 800 number they are able to make long-distance phone calls and charged back to me on my bill.  I was able to find a telephone number of the people who own this 800 number they are out of Oceanside California and that telephone number 760-405-0105  I was also able to track down another 800 number and they are out of Chicago, Illinois that number is 800-257-2969.  Both telephone numbers seem to be dead ends for when I call them I get no answer.  Or unless I know, the extension of the person to want to talk to. I like to see these people be held accountable for being  what I consider an annoyance phone calls.

we have also been getting this same call everyday, sometimes up to 3 times a day, no one answers, silence when called back, 2 rings and that's it. Someone really has way too much time on their hands and absolutely no sense of a life.
We'll be calling our phone company to see if we can get this number blocked.

Been getting calls from this number multiple times a day for over 2 weeks at my home phone number. When I answer, it disconnects. When I let it to to answering machine, I get a dial-tone as my message. I've tried calling the number, but like others, it rings twice and then nothing.
