I just received a call from this number telling me that they wanted to help me get a lower interest rate for my credit cards.  When I told them that I didn't feel comfortable giving out my credit card number,I was told that I didn't need to give the numbers on the back of the card and that no one could use my card without those numbers.  I again asked why was it necessary to give my card number and then the manager got on.   "Now, Hon..  its ok, your card number is safe with me"  (please don't call me hon)   I again asked what her company did and she "If you would just let me.."   in a very snotty and condescending manner.     I had only stayed on to hear their explanation of what type of company they were.  She hung up on me when I asked her to pleane not call me 'hon'.  :)     The first gal was very careful to give me her name and spelled it for me.  Melissa Rihel.   yea, sure.  
The manager also said that

i AM GETTING VERY ANNOYED BY THIS 1 800 NUMBER. THERE IS NO ONE THERE AND YOU CAN NOT CALL IT BACK. GET A LIFE

We recently received a call from a consumer stating that we had contacted them several times and asking us to take her off our list.  We found this alarming due to the fact we do not telemarket, we only assist clients that seek our services.  So after doing some research with the 800 number that the consumer provided for us we found this site.  I can assure you we are not the company that is calling and we don't use any kind of marketing campaigns that use an outbound calling method.  The only marketing that Financial Freedom of America uses or has ever used is radio, television, newspaper or billboards.  All consumers are directed to call us.  We don't contact anyone who has not contacted us first.  However, we do see that our name and direct telephone number has been posted as the originator of these calls because of this we have begun our own investigation into this and will find the company and the services they are offering and post our findings.  We will also share our findings with the regulators that oversee the national do not call list in hopes that they will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.  I apologize for this company’s wrong doing and hope that we can assist in getting them to cease their illegal operations.  If anyone would like to contact us with further information please call us at 800-794-0983 and ask for Chris.

calls come 3x a day all hours. no message.

I've been getting numerous calls from this number but nobody is ever there.

Calls come in, but not there when you answer.

I get 5-10 calls a day from this number and there is never anyone on the other line, when i call back  it rings twice then picks up and leaves me with dead air. I want to block this number but I cant

I have received 4-5 calls a day from this number. they call at all hours and no one is ever there. I've called back- one-two rings then dead air.

I took the advice above to call 1866-523-3328 or 1-877-557-2322 and request to be removed from the automatic dial list. The woman said it was no problem- but I guess we'll see if I continue to get more calls. I prviously registered with the DNC registry a few months back and I have reported this number to them as well.

so those phone calls are nothing bug HUGE SCAMS!!!

I receive at least one call a day from this number - no one ever on the other end - when I call back, no one picks up.

Will not stop calling my cell phone! :(  I'm so tired of 1-800-451-7391 calling me when my number is private!

Got a call. a person asked for my husband. I said he wasn't here.  Hang up.  I called *69 and got the number. Have been redialing it for 20 minutes and will not stop until I get someone and will post results.

They keep calling my cell.

They keep calling my cell phone.  I don't answer and they never leave a message.  3 calls in the past 24 hours.
