I was given this number by Lowes as a contact number for Newmark Industries every time I called a message said "we apologize for the delay all agents are assisting other customers please try your call again."  and then it hangs up, MOST FRUSTRATING

so how did you get in touch with the company?

were ever able to find them? i sespect it was for a gazebo, which i have as well

I just got in touch with them, I left my phone on speaker and went about my business. After a 1/2 hour wait Chandra finnaly answered. She was polite and I got my replacement part for a office chair under warranty but the shipping cost me $16.35 for a small plastic piece. HMMMMM I wonder how much the piece cost LOL. Anyhow have paitience its a 800 number so just put it on speaker and surf the web or something.

I was able to reach Numark Industries with no wait. I called @ 8:53 AM EDT. I stayed on the line for a Customer Service Rep and she answered immediately. I ordered a replacement canopy for the Garden Treasures Living 10'x10' beige steel gazebo, Item# 013277. They do charge for both upper & lower sections separately ($79.94 for both). I needed jus' the lower section. It is $69.99 + S&H = $79.33. However, it is on backorder for 6-8 weeks. CC will be charged when shipped (via FedEx).
