see below jerks! state of the art is that what they allow you to use behind bars when you dont belong to them? went to your site guess what you cant use email listed or get ahold of anyone through numbers you list even if you could could be anyone that wants to play attorney for the day or at least say that. dicks. hope that you never get your license back ohhhhhh how hard is it to pay your fees to stay an attorney especially when your so up to date and state of the art! you would think that of all things being an attorney would be easiest to do, pay fee! you cant pay your fees what makes you think that you can represent someone to make others pay not even real fees.

served papers from someone that doesnt exsist. federal pacific has been trying to screw me for years every couple of years they call me or write saying they are them or someone hired by them to collect a debt i dont even have and every time they say or threaten me with some outragous and illegal thing and every time they up the amount they say i owe on nothing and when i ask them to send me proof there person threatens me with coming over and getting it out of me and then wait a year or so and do it again. they try to collect debts that have already been payed or have already been passed down atleast 3 or more times to other collectors making original debt owed if any no longer even verifiable and no longer even original creditor getting any amount of money they say that they are collecting moneys for. by the time they by your debt pennies for bulk amount of outdated accounts hoping some sucker will pay without question allowing them to keep all amounts collected and what ever amount they want to say and someone will blindly pay. please do not believe these people and if anyone has im sorry that these [***] made you believe there lies. turn them in i know they have a long record of using renting attorneys names that are ligit or not to steal from people. also if they ever give you any attorneys or law firms names etc. turn those jerks in also for knowing and accepting money from federal to rent there names to scam you those guys are just as bad as federal for doing that.. i would think with the dozens of dozens of complaints files with attorney general that they would finally be stopped but stealing using i think kinda like under color of law that that would be pretty serious but guess it isnt. bet  if we all tried it it would [***]. good luck to everyone.

Received several voicemail messages from an "Attorneys Office' claiming it was not a sales or marketing call.  called back ans was told thay need to 'clear up a file' but would not explain further so I hung uo on them.

Callled number left on answering machine as well redialed.  They answer the phone law offices. They do claim to be a law office and since the call wasn't for me would not provide information.  Called to keep them from calling. They pressured me trying to get information about the person the call is about.  Then tell you that it is of the utmost importance this info be passed on and is a serious issue.  The lawyer name they claim is Chad Steur and give you a file number and the operators name.  The other post on here seem to indicate it as a collection agency.  Don't know as they would not provide any information not even the state they are calling from.  I suggest you just do not answer and maybe they will leave you alone.

well they just called me looking for my daughter and wouldn't tell me what the problem was and that I have power of attorney but they still refused so I took name and phone number and said I would let my daughter know. Before I hung up she asked for my daughters address so she could send her a letter my reply was since you can't give me any info I'm also under no obligation to give them any info they could get it from her. So I got to thinking, if they could get my number and it's unlisted, why can't they get her address after all they are a law firm? Don't know what to think or do, any suggestions?

A message was left on my husband cell phone asking for me to return a call to Steve at 1-800-460-6141 ext #251, the call came from 877-209-4155.  When I called back they wanted to verify the last 4 digits of my SS#, I agreed to just give the last two and they were not a match to their records.  Steve asked if I had been receiving their letters, which I said NO.  He went further to mention about residing on 173rd street and again I said no, and I mentioned that I have not moved in the last 29 years.  His record was showing the correct spelling of my first name and they had both my cell # and my husband's cell #.  He apologized and said he would note on their records that it was the incorrect Cristina.  I hope I do not receive a call from this "Law Firm" again as after I searched them up I found out they are a collection agency and I do not owe anyone money.  They have a practice of searching on the internet and obtaining the phone #s for people with similar names and start harassing the incorrect persons.

This number calls my phone everyday.  Please get them to stop.  This is harrassment.  They are calling for my mother Glennie Caesar.  They ask for us to call t;hem back on the recorder.   Otherwise they answer "law office"

Who the hell is this Chad character.  Never had an account with the creditor they mentioned.  Infact bankruptcy several years ago.  There no mention of creditor n my report.  This Chad character should be prosecuted to t fullest extent of the law.

Good help is hard to find. "Continually training them" means what? They violate the rules, people complain, and then you have to "train them" again?

I think the "training" is meant to keep the crooks from urninating on the boiler room floor. It's a chronic problem in operations like this.

Dear peeps, maybe you stop and wonder why our debt ceiling is so high, and maybe you do not gaf ? I will tell you that every debt in regards to this firm is legit, quit hiding behind a statute or a blog, bottom line is you profited on america's loss! It astounds me that people are so taken back and offended that someone will call and politely ask you to pay back the wrongs that you know you have made, some mom and pop shop, medical practicioner, or credit card - good faith lender was gypped, and all of your doing! Since when was it okay to steal or write checks your brazen [***] couldn't cash? It's not, do us all a favor put debt, debt buyers , and collectors out of business and handle your business ! It truly makes me sick all of you loud mouth little pups somehow think that it's okay, if you remember the words , ethics,values, and integrity, those stories and lives of your grandparents that once modeled a once perfect America,and taught you to live by example and TRUE GRIT , then maybe you would take some accountability and pay what is yours to pay and quit bitching!

You're right. If everyone paid their legitimate debt, legitimate debt collectors would be out of business. Which, of course, has nothing to do with you. BOGUS debt collectors don't collect real debt. And then they squeal like the little pigs they are when people don't cough up money. If you're legitimate, follow the regulations as specified in the FDCPA. If you're failing to abide by the laws of this land don't try to blame your failures on the debtor. If you're a debt collector, failure is something that is very familiar to you.
Clean up your act and get into an honorable trade. Or at least try to. Again.

BOGUS debt collectors wouldn't know an honorable trade if they were hit over the head.
