No message, ID said Toll Free Caller.

Disconnected call before it could go through to VM.  Called ID said, "800 Service."  Suspect debt collector.

Not a debt collector, but fraudulent call about winning a trip. The number looks deceptively like HP customer service, with their 474 prefix replaced by this 464 - easy to mix up.  I've had to deal with HP a lot recently so now I've put this other number on my block list.

It appears to be technical support from Hewlett Packard.

If they called you, it is NOT HP calling.  It is probably an Indian scammer who wants to hijack your computer.  NEVER give remote access to anyone who cold calls you.

Got a call from this number which is HP, they were calling to see that I received my replacement cartridge of ink.  It isn't a scammer call because I really did call HP about a malfunctioning cartridge and they sent a replacement which I received earlier this week, they were just calling to see that I got the cartridge.  Sorry that some of you got bad calls...

I recently bought a HP computer and it had an issue, I was given a run-a-round to begin with, but they sent me the Windows discs at no cost over night because of the issue I'd had. They called from this number to make sure I'd gotten the Windows recover discs and that I had no issues reinstalling the OS.

It is definitely HP support.  I have had NUMEROUS issues with a new HP touchscreen laptop I purchased and they have called me back several times from this number.

Received this call from HP checking to insure I received my replacement printer and returned my malfunctioning one. This is a valid call.

Yes, this is HP customer service calling me back to check if my replacement printer was working correctly.  Very helpful.

This is the number for HP Support.  I recently purchased an HP (manufacturer reconditioned) printer from Groupon, which was arrived defective a few days ago.  After 3 phone calls and many emails exchanged over the weekend, HP Support called me to follow up on the case and provided a status update of our new replacement printer.  This was the same guy that I've been speaking with the past couple of days.  Totally legit and very courteous!

It is HP support. I ordered recovery software and they were making sure they worked. If anyone else gets a scam call from this number, it means some scumbag is jamming the caller id using the HP number.

This is not HP. Called the number back and recording asked me to complete a survey to win a free trip. Hung up immediately and blocked the caller.

1000% real HP support for my computer.

HP Hardware support with a follow up call to see if the laptop they fixed and returned was working correctly. Referred to Case # etc. All legit.

I called this number thinking it was HP support.  It's very similar to a valid number (800-474-6836) for HP but is NOT.  It goes to a company called Support Nerds who is sketchy and shady and I would not recommend doing business with them.
