Warranty call?  Not legit

They keep calling my cell phone #.  And when I don't answer, the leave a message.  Since I have a "pay as you go cell phone, this costs me either way.

My husband and I get these calls from dummy numbers and today it was from the 800 number. I would love to find out who exactly this company is and sue the pants off them..this is harrassment and its always to our cell phones..never the landline. If anyone finds out who this turkeys are let me know!

they need to be held responsiable. seems every day i receive a call.

Got a call and ignored it. I have T-Mobile prepaid wireless. Some company, probably the Israeli company that records all phone calls made in the USA, is selling phone numbers of T-Mobile customers.

These are people who are too lazy & stupid to get real jobs, so they try to be parasites onto those of us who add actual value to the economy.

Same as the others reported.  I keep telling them to stop calling but it does no good.  How do we stop them?

This place is retarted. They were calling telling me my car warranty is about to expire. I have a brand new car and it is leased. I actually stayed on the line and talked to them. I said, "You're trying to sell me additional warranty but my car is leased.. if you're with my car company why don't you know that? Then when I tried to find out how they got my number they hung up the phone on me.

You can go to the FCC website and file a legal complaint. They at least seem to take this more seriously than the do not call list people do. It is illegal for these people to call you on your cell phone.

Didn't answer. They left voice mail. It was a recording offering health care benefits instead of car warranty. I don't want this offer either.

I would like for this company to stop calling me I have no business with them

I get calls from this number several times per day - always for the same thing - "the warranty on your vehicle has expired" - and I don't own a car.

who ever this company are they wont stop calling and you cannot call them back to be taken out of the call list anoying beyond belive this is a new form of junk mail its has to be forced down your throat for it to work it only gives this company a bad name and reputation what kind of bussines this is where you the consumer dont have a way to stop it or to say no to unwanted solicitation im in texas the local district attorney instructs you to be included in the do not call list but because the call system from this company its not uptaded you keep getting the phone calls

These guys call me EVERYDAY for 'the second notice on your vehicle warranty'. I asked them who they were trying to call, and they said they only have a number for security reasons. Then I asked which car they were referring to, and they said your most 'recently purchased vehicle'. I asked them to put me on their DO NOT CALL list, and to speak with the supervisor.

She quickly blabbed about how it could take up to 24 hours to take me off the list, and when I said I wanted to speak with her supervisor again, she hung up on me.

I have reported this to the FCC. You should too.

I can out-do all of your claims!  I had a call from DEBT SOLUTIONS from a foreign speaking man and let me tell you it was nasty!  My call ID identified the call from DEBT SOLUTIONS and when I demanded information from this man telling him I did not need the services they were soliciting
he got FOUL, called me a Mother_ _ _ _ ing C--T, said what he would like to do to me because I was such a F- - - - -G B- - - H, and proceeded with MORE Foul remarks.  When I told him I was calling our local police department to report him, he said GO AHEAD,they can't find me! I called DEBT SOLUTIONS and reported the incident and they said it wasn't them, yet I had the number directly to them as well as their identity!  Strange that after I told them I was turning their number over to the police, I NEVER GOT ANOTHER CALL FROM THEM! But I do get 3-4 to 6 calls a day and night from Vehicle warranties,  and other numbers. I am trying to figure out how to STOP these harrassing calls.

Called my home phone 4/30/09 @ 12:06 PM.  Caller ID says Toll Free Service.  They didn't leave a message.  I never answer #s I don't know.  After reading previous comments, I'm glad I don't.

Every day! Sometimes twice a day - no matter how long you stay on the phone and talk to an operator they don't take you off their list- i've begged and pleaded because they're calling my cell phone and burning up my minutes. They refuse - and i don't even have a car under warranty.

We need a class action lawsuit against this company.

Called me about warranty is about to expire on my car, then when I spoke to them, they asked for my make, year and model of my car. I told them I was put on a no call list and asked them how they got my number. They said very quickly they are sorry and it would take 24-48 hours till it was updated, again. I tried to talk to them and even raised my voice but they were quick to hang up. I called back but the number is no longer in service....argh

I didn't answer it. Calls come every week or so to my cell phone! How'd they get the number? Random dialing? A pain in the butt.
