Not calling back.

I recieved 2 calls from a man named Nathaniel asking for my name about an order I placed. He left no company name just this number at ext.21 to call back. I figure he'll call again. I don't appreciate 830 am calls or 830 pm calss from telemarketers.. This is not the only call I recieve, I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST, How do these jerks get through and how can I stop them.

Caller confirmed my address and said he would let me speak to his supervisor regarding the three year renewal of my Guideposts subscription with only three payments of $27.95 each so I could avoid the upcoming price increase.  I spoke to the supervisor and asked for a customer service number which is the one in question.  I would like my name and number removed from this list!

This number was given to me to confirm legitimacy of a renewal call for my husband's Playboy magazine. The caller called from a 541 area code and then transferred me to a supervisor who gave me the 800 number in question along with two extensions for confirmation. It sounds like this number is being used for various scams. I too was told I needed to make a payment over the phone to avoid rate increase.
I just called the number back. The recording says: "Thank you for calling. If you know the party's extension entered it now. For customer service press 2. For employment opportunities press 3."

Received a call from a magazine company that we have a subscription to.  They said they were Military History and asked for my husband by name.  He said "yes, this is..."  They said they were doing a courtesy call to see if we were happy with the service.  Husband said yes. No money or information was asked for.  Within 15 minutes I received a text from my bank that $90 had been charged to my debit account from a magazine company. I called Military History directly and they had NOT communicated with us nor had they deducted any money.
