    Telemarketing, ostensibly, but I get no search engine hits on 800-466-3798, which makes me think it is a spoofed number.  The caller claimed he was from Verizon.  I just placed an order with Verizon for FIOS internet a few days ago.  He knew what speed I ordered.  He tried to upsell me to a higher speed for an extra $15 per month.  However, I could not confirm that he was really from Verizon.  He did not provide a call back number, as telemarketers usually do.
