Frost-Arnett Company is one of the few LEGITIMATE collection agencies left in the U.S. today.

My late Mother delt with them over some medical bills which she could not pay. And, more recently, my brother-in-law was turned over to them by his Opthamologist, when Medicare would not pay for his eyeglasses. Instead of being mean, nasty, hateful and threatening, Frost-Arnett's collectors actually WORKED with them, to get these bills paid.

A decent debt collector, in my book. That's more than can be said for the majority of the scumbag collectors which are operating today.

Then you are the ONLY one I've ever seen that claims they are "Legitimate" and "friendly".

These people are a scam, through and through.

People pay them and then they don't pay what's owed on your behalf.
It's called Fraud.

That's why they've been sued over and over...

I received a call from this number  and they hung up on me.  I understand this is a collection agency from Knoxville, TN.  There is no reason they should be calling me.

I just got called and they were not for me....but for a family member who is not paying their bills. So this agency is reaching out to whomever they put on their application or next of kin.
Geesh.....Family.

I have outstanding medical bills would not answer.

They will aggravate you forever I know I owe a bill to a Dr. and that is who I will pay to, not one of these scum bag collectors! When you have had 2 major surgery in less than 2 year and have not worked in 5 yr. They don't seem to care I do not wish anything bad on them but sometime what comes around goes around then a person gets the full meaning .
