I've called back, they're very nice. They actually try to help, not belittle or condescend.

Who are they?

I received the second call from this number asking for Sonia Readers (?) to call back and use reference number 4339986A.
I tried to call back from our work phone several times and the call would not go through.  Since the name is not mine, should I be worried about identity theft?

They call and hang up, they don't leave a message.  How am I suppose to know who is calling.  Calls several times of the day and night.

Melly not sure who these people are but I wish they would leave a message so I knew who they were.

These guys are shady dealers and scammers and if you get a call from them file a 1088 Complaint with the FCC at https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do and if you are on the National Do Not Call List, file a Complaint at https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx.

If the government gets enough complaints from you, we can put these guys out of business.

They aren't telemarketing, so this doesn't apply. Neither does the Do Not Call list.

This number called my cell today and I googled the number and found out it was NACS in ref to a Dr bill of some kind. Both my Husband and I have Dr bills we are trying to pay off. So I called and they were contacting me in ref to a Dr bill for my husband. The lady I talked to was very nice and asked me to try to call her back by the end of the month. The bill is less then $200 but I understand she is just doing her job. She gave me her ext 318.

I keep getting a call from a 5654 number saying that they are a chimney cleaning service and want to talk to the owner ..They call almost every day around the same time in the afternoon. It doesn't make sense; I tell them over and over that we don't even have a chimney as we live in an apartment and to stop calling! It is uncalled for and I would appreciate it if I never get calls like that again. It's a bit unsettling and very annoying.

Basically a bill collection agency.  Their point of emphasis as stated:  "North American Credit Services, Inc. primarily specializes in the professional collection of healthcare receivables."

Further stating:  "NACS, formed in 1981, is a licensed collection agency using only licensed, ACA certified collection managers in the management of day-to-day operations."

They intend to prosecute:  "Our association with Kevin Wilson Law Office allows us to pursue debtors to the fullest extent of the law if they do not respond to traditional collection efforts."

But they love customer relations:  "In all of our collection activities we are very sensitive to the importance of maintaining a positive client/customer relationship."

Location is in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Received a call from this number 800-467-5654, on my cell phone. This has
happened before, and in both cases no one was there when I answered. I
do not appreciate them calling on my cell phone, and if this is a medical
collection outfit, I own no one, so they need to stop calling.

Called again to my cell phone asking for a person that does not exist
on my phone. Told them to quit calling my cell as that party does not
have access to this number.

I get at least two calls per day from this 800 Service number, 800-467-5654.  I usually don't answer.   But, if I answer I hear a click and know the call has been disconnected from the other end.

This is ridiculous.   Who are these people and what do they want?   What is the point in calling if they are going to hang up when you answer?  

Who do they represent?   MOST OF ALL, HOW CAN THIS BE REPORTED TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES AND THIS STUPIDIDTY BE STOPPED?????

 STEP ONE - go online and send an email to all the executives of North American Credit Services out of Chattanooga Tennessee.
 STEP TWO - CONTACT THE THE FOLLOWING BY EMAIL:
                  ethics @acainternational.org and report these harassing phone calls where they are hanging up and continue calling day after day.

My 9 y.o. son keeps getting calls from this number. He's had the phone for only 3 months (for emergencies) Obviously a 9 y.o. doesn't have unpaid bills (and neither do I) We are on the Do Not Call list so I'm reporting them today.
