I received this call during my working time, the guy with strong accent ( not a native English speaker) told me that he needed to meet our accounting department for the shipping lost, i asked for his name with correct spelling but he hurried up to not mention it. This is a scam call, be aware guys !

They left a message saying I owed on my account and actually read off the tracking number of something I shipped last week. Checked my account, I owe nothing. Delete and ignore. I think it's a scammer who has hacked UPS in some way.

Was asking for overdue bills to be paid over the phone.

I got a call for them to pay my unpaid UPS invoice.

It's certainly sounds to be legit given that they had my account number and current invoice sum and date. But given that this number isn't listed anywhere official on the UPS site (which is a careless from their side!) I advise to just take care of the bill online or call the main UPS number and pay the bill there.

This is definitely a scam.
Someone called my business line!  And my extension!
The phone # does not match up with the information on the UPS site, sooooo. Yup, scam.

Your wrong it's a scam

Scam scam scam. Sent me a letter as well. To call number listed yet the letter head was on two different sides of the paper. Ups would have a uniform letter head.
