How to report them???

Received Fax. Called the number listed for removal several times. Called the number and spoke with a man who did not identify himself. Requested removal and he rudely inquired if I was a customer. I stated he must have thought I would be a customer to send the fax. I told him I work for a state agency (true) and they were wasting resources. He said I was just babbling and wasting his time; I requested to speak with his supervisor - he stated he would like to speak with mine and I indicated that would be the state of Tennessee. He said "that explains it - you are just a hillbilly." I hung the telephone up. Customer Service?????

Received Fax.  Called the removal number several times with no effect.  I then called the company and got a man on the phone that said he would remove my number if I'd stop rambling like a little [***]!  I called back the next day to talk to a manager and the same man told me I had a little [***] and hung up.  He then crank called my home.  I submitted a FCC fax voilation form 1088A.

Keep getting unwanted faxes from for these scam vacations.

It us umpossible to get on the do not call list, it must not exist.  So call like you are interested and waste their time, keep them on the phone as long as you have time for.  They cannot make money when you are waisting their time.

They always have just 2 left, until they thought I was calling about 4, theb they had just 4 left.  I told them I was calling about 8, and then they had 8 left,

I keep getting these faxes from phone number in the middle of the night on my home fax machine.  Every time I call the fax removal number listed, the message says "Your fax number has already been removed".  Well, I guess not if you keep sending me these stupid faxes.  There isn't anyone in the world that would fall for advertising scams like this.  Something seriously needs to be done with these people!!  I'd love to call them at their home in the middle of the night!

I have received many, many faxes from this same company, Vacation Clearance Center and Tour, whose phone number is 800-469-1275. I have called the REMOVAL number several times. When I enter my fax number for removal, the automated voice tells me that my number has already been removed. Yet I continue to receive faxes on a weekly basis.

Please stop sending me faxes, whoever you are, or you will hear from my lawyers.

Stupid travel company will not relent, keeps sending junk faxes for crappy vacations to our office.  Opt out number does not work.  Everyone REPORT this company; they will find out what happens when you continue to violate CAN-SPAM law.

I get these faxes frequently. Costing me Toner and Paper. No where else do I have to pay for someone else to advertise to me. If they want to send me junk mail or advertise in some media... fine. That would cost me nothing. But no, I have to pay for their unwanted faxes. I must have called dozens of time to have my number removed. My only option seems to be to call their 800# which costs money, waste their operator's time and fills up their voice mail with after hour calls. If you have an automatic redialer it really piss them off.

I agree with Paul.  Call these guys regulary.  Make it a morning routine.  If everyone did this, they would go out of business.  This same faxer also use the following numbers:

Just some advice that if you have digital phone service you likely have a selective call block feature that you didn't know you have.  There should also be a feature that blocks unknown callers (the ones that have no caller ID).  Just call your phone company or look them up on the web.  In Canada, Shaw's digital phone service selective block is accessed by calling *60.

I blocked several of these idiot companies/numbers and we no longer get calls like this.

We have received two of these so far by fax. The first one came in on 5-29-2008 and we just received on today 7-8-2008. I have been saving these offers as PDFs. I think it is about time the government has seen what is going on and how the National Do Not Call List thing is not working. I will keep you posted if I hear anything back from the big guys.

Got a fax from these guys too.  Called to get on the no call list, but looks like that won't work.   Oh and a note to Sandmich - I am not sure Florida has an AG with the stuff that goes on down here.  I think he is hiding out in Dick Cheney's undisclosed location!

They send out faxes promising 11-day vacations in Florida for $99 (impossible!).

I called to have my fax # removed, but faxes are still sent.

Anyone keeping track of these numbers? Please document that placed yourself on the federal do not call or fax list. Then when these faxs arrive unsolicted send them and invoice for whatever amount you see fit for your time and resources to remove them from faxxing. If they dont comply then report them as they would you to the appropriate credit reporting agencies. Also file a small claims suite in you state for the max $5000 in texas and if they dont show up to fight it you win by default. Collecting is another thing. But at least the names of the employees will be on file in the states court systems so if they try to do a legit busines you got em. Lets all do this and I bet it stops. I sent my invoice to Tropical Discount vacations for $100.00 because of their rudeness and my time, long distance , toner etc.
