I received a flyer which had been faxed from 1-800-469-1275.  I called to ask the name of the company and the person that answered hung up the phone.  I got curious and decided to investigate the number.  I then found all the other complaints.  (Sam) add to your list the following company name Wholesale Vacation Corporate Department, which is what shows on the flyer I received.

These guys are relentless.  The only thing I can think to do (and I do it every time I get a fax) is to call and keep them on the line as long as possible.  Their fax says they are licensed and bonded, but it is impossible to get the name of the company licensed with the State of Florida.  I even go so far as to put them on hold telling them I need to look at their web site, or talk to my wife, etc.  Any excuse to waste their time.  You can do this several times a day as you will probably get different operators.  I can still get plenty of work accomplished during these conversations.  Last time, between the original operator and "supervisors" I got them for close to 1 hour.  Great sport and it doesn't cost a dime.
JUST DON'T FORGET TO BLOCK YOUR PHONE NUMBER WHEN CALLING.  THEY DO HAVE CALLER ID.

It is a stupid vacation scam.  I called the 800 number multiple times to leave a message to have this medical office number removed but it never was.  I got a live person today (very nice) and told him we need this fax free for emergency medical information to save lives.  He said he would take the number off manually.  We'll see if it works.  I'm very frustrated in doing my job as a nurse with repeated scam faxes coming across.

I have received faxes from this company, with telephone # 1-800-469-1275.  I reported it on 5/26/2008, to teh FCC.  However, today, 7/24/08, I received another fax.  I tried to call the company and express my frustration with the repeated fax.  The man interrupted me, stating "F--- you" and hung up.
I called back and asked for a supervisor.  He responded that this isn't McDonalds. I asked if he was the same man I just spoke with and he asked if I was the same woman that just "screamed" at him.  (Untrue).  I attempted to relate my frustration, he answered "whatever" and hung up.
There has to be some way to stop this abuse!!

I received the usual junk fax. I have requested many times to have our number removed to no avail. After calling them several times, they started calling me back with threats...they have caller ID. They have many numbers so caller block is useless. What to do?

Same spam faxes as everyone else.  Removal number listed is 888-277-7346.

To all who have been verbally abused by these crooks, please file complaints with the FCC, Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and the local police wherever these crooks are located!  It is harassment to  be cussed at and be abusive like they are.  Trust me, I had to do this with a telemarketer that stalked me and harassed me for months and it finally worked once the AG office and police got involved.

Fed up with these mics. faxes
Same story . . . with unsolicitated faxes.  If someone would set
up the steps everyone should take to list our complaints with one person to get this resolved.  I think maybe the idea of mass complaints with one person would work.  I just do not know who to call to make this effective to see that this company stops it's abuse!

I've gotten several of these SPAM faxes since I called the phone number to be removed. I called the phone number listed (as there was no fax# at the top or caller ID) and was told that they were in Cancun and did not know how the US laws applied to their ads. Being on the 'no call lists' and getting these at my work fax (Sheriff's Office) really tweeks me off. Anyone have a fax number for them? I have a nice reply page that says "REMOVE ###-###-#### FROM YOUR SPAM FAX LIST" and then 3/4 a page of just black ink.  I find 20 or 30 copies of this usually gets me removed or they run out of toner. BTW, I've vacationed in Cancun 5 times and will give second thoughts for future plans.

Same experience.  These guys are crooks.  They refuse to remove my fax.  After asking dozens of time, I decided to fight fire with fire.  Input their phone number on your fax line.  Your fax will call them and when they answer they realize its a fax call.  You can have your fax programmed to keep calling them.  Program your fax so it doesn't show your fax number.  It's great you can hear them answer and it gets them mad and it cost them 800 charges.  Even when they go home the answer machine answers and cost them money

"11 Day Unforgetable Vacation" is what the fax says. SPAM!
They FOREGT to tell you it would be a ride through hell for sure and their "All this for $99" could simply not be true.
We get their faxes every week. There are no savings, no cheap deals, just lies a bogus people when you dial the numbers. They also have a bogus "removal" number whihc does nothing when you call.

They are like a nasty pimple on the [***] of humanity which just never seems to go away.

Thanks for the additional numbers. I am so tired of the faxes. Every once in a while I sit down and repeatedly call their numbers from all of my phones. I like it when it starts to bother them. Yes, it is a waste of my time, but it is so satisfying. I don't know if they are charged per each 800 call or minute or just a monthly flat. Does anyone know what would cost these spamfaxers the most?
