    My friend received a call asking for me. Was told to have me return the call to this # and to reference a File #. I'm sure that this is some type of bill collector.

    Scam, I don't have any outstanding bills and I haven't defrauded anyone. Something has to be done about these people bothering us with lies.

    GOT the same call thought it was a scam too... Took out a loan in july 10. i ran my credit on annualcreditreport.com i got a civil Judgment for $1686. on a loan for $300 loan
