Enhanced Recovery calls me several times a day. They have been told to take us off their list but they still harass us. We owe NO ONE and have a very high credit score. This has been going on for months now. There are lots of complaints against Enhanced Recovery and their continuous spamming of our phones. They are located in Twin Falls Idaho. Why are they not stopped???

After getting a ton of these calls, I finally answered. Like above there was an automated voice asking for Francisco Acuna (not my name). When prompted, I pressed 2 to indicate I wasn't him. The next prompt was to press 1 if I needed time to get him to the phone, 2 if he wasn't available, 3 if this was a wrong number. When I pressed 3, I got an apology and a hang-up. With any kind of luck "Toll Free Number" will stop calling me.

Sometimes two calls a day.  When I answer there is no one there.  I see where someone mentioned a collection agency.  We don't owe any money so why do they keep calling and not be on the line when I answer the phone.

What makes you think scammers care if you're on the DNC list? Besudes, if this is a debt collector as some posters indicate, it doesn't apply to them anyway. The DNC list only applies to telemarketers and only legitimate ones follow it.

Keep calling. Need to stop. This is my place of employment.
