Got a call from them today.  The idiot that left his name for a person that doesn't work here said his name was russell brown and then at the end of the message said he was ronald brown.  Idiots.

Continuous call asking for difference people very rude and call early am and late night

Automated voice said "You have an important message from ERC, please stay on the line."  Heard a series of clicks, then phone went back to dial tone.  Heard from others online that this was a debt collector......I have no pending debts.  Might be looking for my late x husband of 9 mos.  I occasionally get calls looking for him.

I keep getting calls from this number. I do not answer for I have no problems with any issues. I only know this from the first time they called and I answered. I have not answered since.These people need to be charged for harassment and fined heavily for bothering people.

These [***] keep calling both of my cell phones.  I have told them that they are calling a cell phone and to stop.  They call both numbers constantly.

These people somehow have to be stopped from calling. You can't
trust any of these debt collectors today. They call from different
State numbers. How can they be stopped?

Been getting calls from debt collectors for four years.  Some deadbeat apparently gave my cell phone number as his contact.  Now, each time his uncollected debt is resold I receive a bunch or calls.  I have found that, once I explain, civilly, what happened they go away but, it's just a matter of time before it happens again and a new round begins.  I just never open a call from an 800 number or area code outside my state.  Isomeone I care about will leave a message.  Humorously, now, this all started when I was on a cruise and the very expensive calls came while I was in mid north Atlantic.  However, I am not adverse to telling them to F@@K themselves if the mood is not pristine.

Got a message on answering machine in work.  Guy calling sounded black, words were muffled just enough but could make out his first name was Thomas calling from some legal firm about a case against some supermarket.  Left the number 1-800-497-1135 with a claim number to refer to of 1357942.   Not knowing most of what he said, I called the number and would be immediately disconnected, tried 3 times, disconnected each time.

Caller ID was "UNAVAILABLE", rather than "ERC" or something else about debt recovery.
The last reported use of this number -- see preceding report -- was December of 2014, so perhaps some other telemarketer has started using this number.

Received a live call at 8:02 a.m.; the caller did not identify himself, nor did he identify who he was representing. Rather, he asked for my son who has not resided at this address/number for two years. Caller requested information, which he did not receive, on how to contact my son. When I told the caller my son no longer had a phone he thanked me for my time, apologized for disturbing me, and hung up. Past experience tells me this is the first of an onslaught of calls which will become increasingly aggressive and rude. If so, FCC will be contacted.

It's real. This is a debt collector's agency.

What the ? No clear identification as to whom the call is made or what the debt concern is.  This number calls all the time. This is the first time a garbled message was left. I have check consisyently my credit report and I have no outstanding debts so what is this call trying to achieve?

Repeated calls to my mobile phone from 800-497-0351 over several weeks, never answered. I've never given my cell no. to any co. for which I might conceivably have any money due, so unsure how they got the no. In the past, similar calls have asked for someone I've never heard of, and convincing them that they have the wrong no. is challenging. These caller companies are evil.

This number called. Phone went to voice mail. I could hear background noise like in an office, but the caller left no message.

Has called daily. Leaves NO message. Blocked.

Lady called, asked to speak with me, said call is being recorded and wanted me to give her my mailing address. Sure! Disconnected call. Blocked.

Call came from a Debt collector.

I didn't know voices came in colors.
