Since you marked the call as "Valid" then you must already know the answer.

Jordan, why not ask your Grandmother with which company she has a policy then call the published number for that company and ask them if this is one of their numbers or if they've been trying to reach your Grandmother?  Call back to this number got "Anesha" with Senior Life Insurance company.  Now whether that is your caller, I can't say for certain because numbers can be spoofed.  And I certainly don't know if this is your Grandmother's Life Insurance Company.  This company has a website with a published number.  If this is the company holding your Grandmother's policy, call them using the published number and ask.
