University Services uses CPAP supply company computer call for re-supply that never actually comes.  Can't seem to stop calls.

I have been receiving calls from 1-800-497-9319  No one answers.  Very annoying.

Call #44 in 2019. Of those unique calls, only 2 called twice (makes them hard to block).

Many were marked as "SPAM?" by Verizon (but not blocked!).

Many were disconnected after one ring by the service whose name shall not be used here.

A few trace back to a company or organization.

There has been a marked increase since mid-Oct.

This call was supposedly my CPAP supply company. Since my company was "absorbed" by this company, I have been deluged with "reminder" phone calls and emails. I have blocked their number and email address but, lo and behold, I've received both a phone call and email about their service but no where does it ask if they got it right or if it was fast and easy. The phone call was 100% robo!

The callback number was 888-542-4923.

The email came from "Healthcall [no-reply@healthcall.com]".

I no longer have the ability to simply order what I need online. The last order was botched by the customer service agent.

I will be blocking the new phone number and email.
