    "Hi this is Cindy calling with new self employed health care plan..."  "She" asked questions, but despite my nonsensical responses,  Cindy kept on talking and supposedly transferred me to an expert.  Alas, it was just a different recorded message which offered prompts:  press 1 for yes and 2 for no, depending on whether I wanted more information.  I did NOT press a number, the message repeated and then call ended.
