    I received a Post Card with the above number on it and it said "our office is trying to contact you regarding a Guaranteed U.S. Government Grant in your name in the amount of $25,000.

    Use your $25,000 grant to pay bills, get out of debt, etc."

    Post Card gave me an Authorizatoin Code/4387.  

    Can you tell me is this a scam that should be reported to the Post Office Postmaster?  Thanks.
