Scammers called my father in-law in Spanish claiming that he hadn't paid the electricity bill in two months. They threatened to turn off the electricity. They never properly identified themselves or said where they were calling from. I told him they were scammers and he told them to just turn it off, that's when the lady hung up. This is an obvious scam. Don't fall for it.
