    Caller identified herself as Eva Montgomery, said I have been named in a lawsuit against me, and that failure to return her call could result in contempt of court charges, fines and jail time. WHO IS THIS?

    The same thing happened to me today. Eva Montgomery is a generic name Eltman, Eltman, and Cooper collection agency uses. They are based in New York City. Tell her to take you off of the calling list, and hang up. They will use intimidation and harassment!
