This number was given me by an "auto parts locator" service as their call back number.

I too git a call back deom an auto parts locator giving phone number 800-505-5838 ext 1094 Nichole.
Don't know if it's a valid call back number, I guess I'll try.

Does anyone have experience in dealing with this "auto parts locator"? Are they reputable?

Sorry! The caller name was entered wrong. It should have been "Quality Auto Parts"

Got a call from 312-878-9158 & caller said that he was with Quality Auto parts, but told me that if I was interested in an auto part to call him at 800-505-5838. I wonder if this is a legitimate call & business.

Submitted a parts query via www.car-part.com and later got a call back on my personal home number, which I NEVER use. How did they get my home number? Suspicious. Called the 800 number back this morning and seemed to be disconnected by someone without a word spoken on either end.
