Your company billed my credit card for $19.99.  This is the third month in a row that I have been billed .  We called last month and were told merchandise had been shipped that we had ordered. We have not ordered anything from your operation  and don't plan to do so.   However we did get a package two weeks later and promptly sent it back.  We have reported this to the FRAUD department of our credit card and to the BBB in Floride along with this telephone number.  I do not want te see another charge to our credit card.
