I also received a call from this number and a voicemail.  They said “we are calling with regard to your Capital One credit card and that I am eligible for an interest rate reduction as low as 1.9%. It is necessary we speak with you directly to confirm this offer. It is only valid in the current billing statement.”  So I called Capital One directly, not this number, to ask about this message.  Capital One said it was not them and most likely a phishing/scam.  BEWARE!

This number is not capital one, it is a scam! I just got a call with the same message as above. Do not fall for it!
