    We have a Home Depot account where I work and whenever there is a question on our account the call comes in from CitiBank, NOT "unavailable."  AND we pay our bills in full every month so this most likely is bogus.  Remember that HD was hacked into over a year ago and they obtained phone numbers and email information.  By the way, since that security breach we receive 50 or more spam emails a day!
