This company will take your money!! They are a scam loan modification outfit. Ted Abghari owns it, and has owned it for several years. Now they use the name Primary Home Solutions, they were Mortgage Consulting Network and many other names.

Thank you for alerting me to this! I went through the whole process then I saw this post and just put a stop payment on my check. I spoke to Jason Todd over there and Christian Vega. They guaranteed me the lawyer could get me a 2%, Christian told me he can see my loan in his computer because I gave him my loan number and I could get that. I am reporting them to the Attorney General, I have their physical address at 8001 Irvine Center Drive #1020 Irvine CA 92604. They also have the phone numbers 949-382-1565, 800-610-4578, 714-878-5683. The used to be called Wisdom Tree United, Mortgage Consulting Network and lcnpc.com.

Definetely a scam, I went through their sales process with Jason & Christian Villa. What they were telling me sounded way to good to be true. Then when I started asking more questions it got a little sketchy. First he told me my payments were going to Wells Fargo because I already got qualified for a program. Then when I asked who is paying for the attorney he told me I was. But he just told me my trial payments were going to the bank. Then he told me they were held in a trust account that the attorney would show to the bank. What? So then the money goes to the bank? No, it still goes to the attorney but the bank wants to see that we can make monthly payments. Wells Fargo wants to see me pay for an attorney to fight with the bank? Then I asked him how he knew for sure and could guarantee me the modificaiton. He said he could see my loan in the computer. Without my social security number there is no way he could get access to my bank information. When I asked him other details about my loan he said "well I can't see everything, just if you qualify for a program." His story kept changing. I can't believe people fall for this stuff.

SCAM!! This place tried to get me to pay $3600 for an attorney. They guaranteed me they could get me a 2% interest rate and get my exwife off the mortgage. I called Wells Fargo to verify that this could be done, but they told me there is no way they can guarantee the rate I would get and they told me that I can only get my ex off the loan if I do a refinance, she would not be taken off the loan with a modification. I spoke to Chris Sargent and another person that was supposedly and underwriter with Wells Fargo but Wells Fargo told me they don't work with this company.

Oh no......I wish I had seen all this sooner.  I received a call from Kurt Flick.  What is troubling is I sent them paystubs, my mortgage statement and bank statement and I forgot to black out the account numbers.  What do you suggest I do?  I cant believe I trust people, all I was looking for is some help with an outrageous mortgage!
