they left Chinese message about "unable delivered post baggage".
it is a phone fraud, UPS or U.S. mail never left phone message.
DO YOU ANSWER THE PHONE - SIMPLY DON'T TALK TO THEM.
you may think you are smart (like I think so), no body can cheat you.
BUT, actually there are people more TRICKY (I don't want to say more smart)
out there, why test it and risk you money, SIMPLY IGNORE IT.
following is my true story - (smart person like me did stupid thing like this)
during conversation, they will shift subject of "undelivered package" and
"guide" you to ------  "you are wanted by Chinese FBI ........for money laundry ......"
of course I did not do any thing wrong. BUT in order to prove I am innocent ......
show them the account ........ gradually I am falling in their trap ....like "witchcraft"
I transferred money from my account,  by now, you may laugh at me, just like
I laugh at myself, .......... do yourself a favor - ignore that phone call.
