I received a call from this number and it was an outsourced sales call from Allstate Insurance wanting me to become part of Allstate's Motor club.  I am insured by Allstate and I asked them to mail me the info and that I would then make a decision at that point.  They said that they could not mail me the info but that I could join and then receive the info.  I hung up and called my local Allstate office and they were able to confirm that it was something Allstate did offer but I was better off to purchase this through the office.

I got calls from this number but I wasn't home...I finally talked with someone about their motor club, and they also gave a verification line...I love this service Ive had it for 8 months now and used it 3 times

I work at this office in Beaverton, Oregon and it is legit, the people are just forced to rebuttal (talk someone into trying the trial offer) because they have to make a certain amount of sales to meet their quota so they can keep their job. Its hard, i admit, and our boss is a jerk, but its our job to get the people to become a member so they can decide for themselves if they want to keep the program, as annoying as telemarketing calls are, this program really is worth it. I cant tell you my name because I work there, but I can say that the call is legit, its just a telemarketing company called Northwest Direct.

I also work for this promotion only out of Illinois. Every thing Anon said was true. The job blooowws and I cant tell you how many people get upset with us. HOWEVER The plan is AWESOME and your agent advised you wrong. Take the offer via phone they are hooking you up with well depending on what offer your getting a decent discount and or sometimes they include a 25 dollar gift card. They cant offer you that through the office. Also if your sketched by the credit card info part. What the agent says about not being able to see that number once its typed is true we see nothing. We see little astricks.

your service is a joke, call on 01/20/2014 for a pick up, No show. sat in the cold weather -5 degree weather for several hours, was given false information from the sat. your phone rep stated that you would be their in 1 hour. call was placed at 6:15pm, then called the number you provided us with for DNL towing she tells us that someone will be there in 1hr 30mins, the time 720pm: that at 8:45pm no one is there. Almost 3 hours have went by and no one has came. no follow up call from your service.

So we decide to give you a 2nd chance. on 01/22/2014 call take place at 9:18am on the phone for 25 mins. why do you ask. your company does not want to honor the original request. btw it is it is 5 degrees outside. I have been sitting in the car now for 1hr. at the time im writing this comment. and I wasted time speaking with an automated service and your poor excused for customer service.

I will not be recommending your service to anyone and im gonna tell them everyone about the poor level of service that you offer. Isn't your moto on time service 30 mins or less Well it has been 2 days.. Also I will be reporting this to the BBB in Wisconsin your praying on the elderly. Also Im going to see that this service is cancel.  

This is not a legitimate call, I have no ever had dealings with Allstate and am on the NO CAA LIST !!!

The call is legitimate as I bought and use the service. You may have not had dealing with Allstate but someone may have used your number for their information hence calling a wrong number, and as far as DNC lists go, since the company has said number on file as a current customer they did not violate anything regarding DNC.

Got a phone number and membership number. Called the number, told them I already had roadside service and did not wish to pay anything order the circumstances. They said a call back within 24 - 78 hours woul cancel the service and membership and result in a refund for the $1.99 charged. Will make the call tomorrow. Sounds to me like they are legitimate although I was suspicious at first.
