    got one too - today...Howard at Mtg Services; claimed 5.25% on 30 yr mtg; he referred  to #800-516-3609, but caller ID daid Seattle 206-397-5050.  Obvious telemarketer....what happened to the "Do Not Call" list - not effective, apparently.
