I receive about 4 calls a day.  Whenever I answer there is no answer from the other end.  When I don't answer and answering machine picks up there is no message.  Annoying!

It's Earthlink customer service.  They called because the auto-payment was declined on the credit card (it was expired and we forgot to update it.)  I think it's an auto-dialer, so it takes them a few seconds to connect to a human; I had to say "hello" a couple times before they came on the line.  They were actually helpful and quick.  I'm saying "debt collector" in the "Call type" below only because there's no option for legitimate business issue and it WAS something that was overdue and needed paid.  I'd rather take care of it and not have the Internet go out. :)
