Saw this company's TV commercial - we are trying to save our home from foreclosure. The rep "Tanya" was very professional on the phone - had great phone voice, very helpful. Received our initial $1500 payment - then was supposed to pass our case onto an attorney Erik Helbing...When you look him up, he has several businesses related to Credit Relief, a firm in DC, and he seems to be licensed in PA and NJ. They claim their offices are in VA - and they work with over 40 lawyers who assist with mortgage assistance. But, he's the best. We did not EVER hear from him, or receive any callbacks from the number provided (570) 498-5544...Can't tell if he even exists. We asked for a refund since we did not hear from him - since they decided to "electronically" sign our contract, they claimed we did not cancel the service in the allotted time of 5 business days. Now we're fighting for our $1500 - and reporting them to every Federal agency possible.
