Phone was used as call-back for reduced health care coverage - no reply or 3rd party verifier has happened.

Just did some more exhaustive checking - appears to be legit.  Will know in a week when paperwork comes in.  Address now: 3838 Rament Dr; Stw 3, Las Vegas 89121- Excellent rates if coverage is as advertised.

Did you find out anything about this health insurance broker?  We have been in contact with them also.

A sales rep for the company told me their address was 19820 N 7th St Phoenix AZ. I searched that address and no such brokerage sales firm exists there.

Watch out!!!!!! People sending them all identity info such as SSI#, DOB, driver's license #, checking account info and signature with permission to draft checking account!

Someone I know of signed up for auto-debit with this company dba "New Health Benefits" out of PHX.  They changed their mind and put a stop-pay through their bank, and called to cancel.  

The company attempted the withdrawl, but was stopped.  The name on the bank transaction was PBC.  PBC is a known scammer, identified in this article by the Washington BBB:

PBC is in New Jersey; their address at 141 Ganttown Rd also comes up as Affordable Health Care. This brings us full circle to the flyers advertising Affordable Health Care plans.

Did some more checking - now VERY suspicious: Address seems to be New Health Benefits; 3838 Ramert Dr, Ste 3; Las Vegas, NV 89121 - company only in existance from July, 2007 according to NV Sect. State records. Two phone numbers: initial fax: 800-715-3712; Follow up no: 800-516-7038. One of hundreds registered by XTREME BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, INC of same address, many of which are Default or Revoked registrations.
Customer Service refers to a NJ company: Professional Benefits Consulting, Inc. 856-374-8665 in Blackwood, NJ - cannot find info on them.
They have not cashed check authorization ... YET after 2 weeks

Have had to cancel checking account, put fraud alerts on credit agencies
