    i am getting call from  800-516-7989 and he ask for money... i think they are scammers they try to hack my computer with nonsense event viwer and shows some command on cmd .... netstat and cd..cd.. tree...

    Correct - they are SCAMMERS.  Never give remote access to your computer from a cold caller.  There is no way they can tell there is a problem without access.
