That number belongs to "Payment Reduction Service" Administrative Office using a mailer to SCAM people for possible home modifications.  Their mailer is stamped with a permit no. 581 from Zip Code 92799

We also got the mailer from "Payment Reduction Program" asking to call 1 800 517 0562.  It looks so much like a scam - I wonder has anyone called and found out what the "offer" is?  Do they offer to do the application/s for the Federal GOvernment programs for you for some huge amount of money? Or do they get your information to use in identification fraud? Some of the government programs mentioned on the mailer have already expired.  The mailer says "...may also receive a Principle Reduction, Payment Relief..."   Principle Reduction!!!!  Really - their principles have certainly been reduced to nothing if they ever had any :-), but I doubt my mortgage principal would be.  What bothered me, though, is that the mailer states the exact amount of our mortgage - I guess the mortgages on real property are a matter of public record, but still...  I wish these fraudsters just went away.

Scam scam scam have called the 800 number the supposed attorney on the line asked me to fax over a bunch of personal documents gave me an office number and fax number with a California area code with a little Internet research the phone number is actually located in India this is not the first reduction notice I have received your better off just contacting your mortgage company for a reduction. If anyone has gone any further than just the initial phone call please post.
