A robocall left a message stating my FPL power was going to be disconnected that I should call this 800 number. I called them several times from a blocked caller ID line and gave them bogus account information and address. They claimed that I had an outstanding balance of $499 dollars and were going to disconnect my service (at the fake address I gave them). I then asked how they knew I had a past-due balance when I provided all fake information at which point the person I was speaking to became extremely vulgar and disconnected.
