This number called our house phone and "Ron" spoke to my husband and said that I had written a bad check and that I was being summoned for court on an account that I haven't used in over a year.  I checked that old bank account and the few checks I had written all cleared.  After doing some research I found out its some type of paydayloan where they try to get money back and use threatening phone tatics, which are illegal, as well as telling my husband, who's a third party, information about this "account".  I think its a scam...don't tell them any personal information.

I got a call from this number today, they were looking for my son and told me he had used my information to pass a bad check. That I needed to call  this number back, use a case number and talk to a police officer about a pending arrest warrant.  I have no idea what they are talking about and why would they call me and act like they were the police department?  I don't think it is legal to pose as a police officer on the phone if your not one is it?  Who are these MF any way?  Is it OK for this business to call and harass me for something I did not do?  Any one could look up information and use it as a reference. I dont have a son !!!  I would like to know who to report these people to for harassment!!! Any one out there know who to contact?
