claiming a pending case is against me from some kind of loan from over 2 years ago but the scary thing is they have my whole SS number.  They have called from at least 6 different numbers and all are the same "company" which is a scam.  I record all of my cell phone calls and once I tell them this they either hang up or get an attitude.  I have also reported this to the FTC and now have blocked all the numbers calling so hopefully they wont call for a while, or it will be from yet another number.  Scammers really need a life!!!!!!

Ditto.  Scam "court document" nonsense.

I got the same type of call, and I know that this is a scam. I called the number back and the voice on the other end of the phone sounded like she was from India.

Says i have a "pending court document" with charges filed against me linked to my email for an  "online payday loan" i have never had one in my life, get constant calls and have already retained an attorney to deal with this nonsense

Online Scammer for debt collection. They don't get past me.
