They leave a recorded voicemail claiming to be from Amazon support asking for confirmation of a $799 order.  Checking my account, obviously no such order exists.  Calling the 800 number takes you to a heavily accented voice claiming to be from Amazon support.  When I ask them to prove they're from Amazon support, they immediately hang up.

I received a recorded message from 800-518-2513 saying they were from Amazon checking on my order for an IPHone 11. Asked me to call back. I checked my Amazon orders. No order for an IPhone, thankfully. Scammers.

Received a recorded message from 800-518-2513 saying they were from Amazon. Stated I ordered an Iphone 11. Asked me to call back if I did not authorize the transaction.    This is SCAM.

I got the same thing today. I'm glad I researched and found this here.

I received a message on my house phone requesting me to verify a $799 order from Amazon. I called the number back on my house phone & the man said he was from Amazon. I gave him my information & he walked me through a maze. Eventually. I knew I was scammed. hung up & tried to call back on my cellphone & it my call could not be completed.
