Okay here we go again I turned on my phone this morning and got a voice mail from this number. It's an Indian guy with a very thick Indian accent. And claims his name is ridge parker. What a joke!!! I couldn't understand a word he said. What I could decipher, was security and legal will be $6,000 dollars. Okay ridge, get yourself some new material please. Has anyone gotten a call from this number. I looked it up on the internet and it said it's from a company called, GRANITE DEPOT! They do countertops, and is based in Texas. Now they are spoofing numbers from companies that do countertops. How pathetic.  These people have nothing else better to do. Any info, is appreciated. Thanks😊

I got a call from him also. But he said I signed a contract on their server so I owe them $6800. I told him to produce the contract and he told me pay and then I could have a copy of the contract. I told him I want the contract first he said that would not be possible. He said they will charge my bank account and/or the legal team will go after me. I hung up. Granite Depot keeps calling me.

I got the same call today at 8:41 PST. An obvious scam. I have reported it and have blocked the number. Everyone should.

Any time someone calls claiming you owe money, tell them to mail you proof of the debt. Phone calls, faxes, texts, & emails are not legal methods of debt validation.

I got one today with a different name. I’m thinking spam. I am tempted to make a report to the police department.

I received the same call, but his name was Max Miller in this instance. Obvious scam.

What do you think the police can do about unwanted phone calls?

His local PD has a detective that can shrink down to the size of an atom, run along the phone line until he gets to the caller's phone and then return to normal size to make the arrest.

I got a message from Nancy who said it was a security contract I signed for my computer in 2016 & that I owed $6800 but to call back in order to cancel. When I called back to cancel she said I would need to go to my computer. I told her I don’t have that computer & I was going to call the BBB & she hung up!

Why would you waste your time calling a worthless, toothless organization like the BBB?

I got the same call.  Edward Campbell.   Very rude.   Wanted to explain my responsibility because of some contract in 2016.   Same amount of money - $6800.   Would not, when asked  very directly, tell me the name of the company he works for.   Total scam.   If I find out who this is, they will be hearing from my lawyer.

Same thing! I just got a call from Global Services saying I owe $6800 for a computer contract back to 2016 and they are charging my checking account I called “Christina Wilson” back very loud call center then she called back from a blocked #  scary stuff they knew my name! It makes me angry!

This person, thick Indian accent, screwed me out of $200 in 2016,he infected my computer and then held it ransom till I paid, I could not get my money back .Now calls back and says he has a signed doc from me, NO, and will take $6800 from my account for computer security.I have to change all my accounts because this person will screw you to the wall .
No morals, no shame, complete scum of a person. Total scam, he should be in prison, we are contacting the attorney general. Be aware ,this scumbag has hurt alot of innocent people and he does get very abusive. Someone needs to find him and put justice to him.
