    Nnational grants dept of washington d.c.  Want to give me $5000 grant, without having to pay it back,. because of paying bills on time and no bankruptcy "in the last [few] months'.  
    Better Business Bureau (sp?) says it may be a scam as they know of no grants given out by the government right now.  Have a # to double check tomorrow.  Assume it's a variation of the "nigerian bank account scam"
