Message said I needed to contact this number immediately to deal with a pending matter in their office, not a solicitation.  When I called and gave the reference number the guy said he was looking for Terry Carol, a name I have never heard.

Got a message once a day for two weeks; finally called back and reached someone who identified himself as Proline Solutions. He was looking for someone I had never heard off. Promised to "take care of it".

According to https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-716-304-6350 this is a dept collection agency.

Had a call from them saying that a renter I had had given them this number.  Needless to say they would not say who they were or what they wanted.  I suspect collections.

Received a call from Pro Line Solutions 1-800-518-4952 and they said they were looking for someone and they had given my name as a reference.  They seemed to know my full name and the birthdate of the person they were looking for.  I informed them I knew 5 people by this name and they laughed and said you know 5 people with the same name.  They said to have all 5 of them call this number back.  I called the number back and talked with a man and he would not give me any information at all and was really nasty.  I guess he thought I just fell off the turnip truck.  Little did he know, I was driving the truck.  I also suspect a collection agency.  Let them do their own footwork.

Got a Call from a warped name from Proline Solutions telling me, not asking me, to call them at 1-800-518-4952 regarding reference #BLah Blah for Capital One Mastercard, which I do not own - never have.  I suspect they are a collection agency for someone else who may have used my name as a reference.  They use very intimidating manipulative tactics. Curiously, I returned the call and an automated voiceline said i should leave me name and number so they could call me back.  I just hung up.

Received a call stating " not a solicitation call" from another number requesting a callback to this one (800/518-4952) re: their Summons/legal matter... Attornies don't sue people then call them to discuss it so this is a clearly a scummy collection agency.

    harrassed
I recieved a call on my home phone for Melvin Hodges...then they wanted my details - they asked for my name and how long I had the phone.  Then MR. Pienta said if he crossed referenced the phone number to find out if I had ever been married to Melvin Hodges or was related to him that he would not remove my number from their call list.  He would not let me speak to a manager nor give me the company's mailing address.  He told me I could look it up online...he gave me Melvin Hodges address over the phone, which I am sure is a violation of Mr. Hodges' privacy, especially since he indicated he told me he was a collection agency.  He was very nasty.  I then looked up Melvin Hodge's online and found another number for him.  I called them back and told them that they should look him up on the internet and try that number...the Proline rep Gene said, "well aren't you a hottie tottie" and hung up.  I called back again and asked to speak to a manager.  The rep Jesse asked me what it was about.  I told him what had happened...and his response was, "I don't know anyone here that would say that."  I told him that if he didn't let me speak to a manager my next call was to the NY attorney general's office.  He got a manager on the line very quickly - Rick, Director of Operations.  He said he assured me that my number was out of the system and he would speak to Gene and MR. Pienta about their handling of the call.

716-304-6350 Recieved a call on evening of 2/06/2008 from a company named Pro-line Solutions asking for a persons name (my ex-huband) and to please hold on. A person came on the line asking to speak to the named person. I asked them how they got my phone number as it is on the National Do Not Call List. I told them that I knew this person, but he lived three-thousand miles away. They told me that 'he' filled out an application and used a address in his state and my phone number. I asked them to please not call me again.
2-07-2008 Pro-line Solutions called me again asking to speak with 'the same person'. I again told them the same information as aforementioned. I told them that I figured either my ex was harrassing me by giving them false information about himself or that they were. I asked them to please take my phone number off their list.
2-08-2008 I called them at the number I had and asked about this matter. They stated that they could not give me information about their customers and if I had concerns to please call the police and file a report.

we have been left messages looking for a variety of people like Randolph, Randall and Randy all stating that it is a personal matter or legal matter. This last time our niece was contacted and left a number of 800-518-4952 extension 424186 and to ask for Richard Giomundo? In any case this sounds like a collection company and thier tactics are very rude and disrespectful. I told my niece to ask for a supervisor or manager to have their number removed from their list. I even had a call from this company looking for a Pat and asking if Pat was ok and that they didn't see Pat at church! There should be some way to repport this to the BBB of this company's state where they do their business?? With the way the economy is who wants to pay their bills and some just can't afford to pay their bills and provide for their families at the same time! Do not let these type of companies intimidate you because we all have rights!

Yes, they appear to be some shady collection agency.  It is of course a violation of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Act for them to use the tactics described above but good luck getting the Feds to sanction them.  I once sent in a complaint for the infamous carpet cleaner robo-calls sent to my cell phone.  The complaint was rejected because I could not provide a street address for the caller?  One would think that their phone number and the times that they called would have been enough.

I recieved a call at a little after noon and was told in the message that I needed to call them back and this man gave me a case# and the company's name was proline, instead of calling them back I decided to look them up online and was surprised to read all the negative comments about this company, I don't know if I'm going to return the call or not!

    Very Upset
This company has called my brother's house and my dad's house looking for me.  How the heck are they getting their numbers, and isn't that illegal?  The only thing I can think of is that they tracked down old addresses for me, did a reverse address online to get current person name and phone number and are now harrassing them.  Problem is, this is a bill that is in dispute already anyways.  Not sure what to do from here, but am thinking about calling a debt collection lawyer.

Calls come in once a week from this number, a recorded English accent female voice.  It has nothing to do with us although they continue to leave the 800 number.  It originates from 716-304-6350 according to my caller ID.

    UNPROFESSIONAL AND MAYBE ILLEGAL
These people called a family member and said I had given them authorization to talk to the family member.  That is a lie!  They told my family member it was an emergency and was worried so gave them my number.... that was manipulative and a lie!  I can't believe scum like this are aloud in business!  I don't even have a relationship with this family member so it was ackward and it was morally and ethically wrong on the part of this company.  They need to be shut down!
