started calling two days ago, my home and cell. no message left. who is it?

no message but called back to find out who it was.  First Bank of Delaware.  They offer short term payday loans.

A PERSON THAT CALLED HERSELF LINDA CALLED MY JOB REPRESENTING FIRST BANK OF DELAWARE ASKING ME TO CALL BACK AT THE PHONE NUMBER 800-518-6139 ALTHOUGH THEY KNOW THEY ARE BEING PAID BY THE CARE ONE PROGRAM.                                                                                                                                       TO CALL A PERSON JOB IS AGAINST THE LAW.

I get calls from 800.518.6139 at work repeatedly throughout the day, but there is never anyone on the line.

It's not against the law in all states, and there are different stipulations depending on which state you live, the easiest way to make them stop calling your work is to send a certified cease and desist letter instructing them how they may or may not contact you. Send it with a return receipt, they'll have to sign to show proof they received it, if they keep calling, THEN no doubt, they're breaking the law.

I keep getting calls from this number at my work and on my cell. How do I get them to stop calling me. They are putting my job in jeopardy.

me and my husband get calls on our cell everyday all day no one ever answers and just leave blank messages on voice mail but today they decided to switch it up and burped into the phone on my voice mail really annoying

Who are these people?  I get calls from them starting at 8:30 am and it goes on through the night.  How can I get them to stop calling?

This # has been calling me at least four times a day for months. I finally added them to my contacts and downloaded a silent ringtone  but seriously they're annoying me to death! No one's ever on the line & they insist on leaving silent messages that clutter my voicemail!

Martha and many other different names that they use call everyday at my job for my boss. they claim that my boss has had a payday loan with them before.  My boss doesnt, had identity stolen and has reported it and talked with them many times, but they continue to call. Oh the company is called Plain Green and if you google them with the word scam, alot comes up.

I hear from this number often.

I just called the number back (800-518-6139) after they've been calling me 1-3 x per day 6 days a week for 3 months.  They said, "Thank you for calling Kel Services" . Kel?  Kell? Kal?  

I hung up on them.

roommate got a call from them,I called back and the lady said they were kel services,they do alot of different type of business and she wanted the phone number to tell me what company was trying to reach him.
