The guy said his name was "Bruce Bender," and he was looking for "Frank Fisher" -- his extension he gave was 3039. I looked it up, it's some health care creditor company.

This guy called my cell phone of all places and asked if he could talk to "Joe" I replied you mean my x-husband of 14 years?  I asked what it was about but he said that he could not discuss the situation and would get in trouble because we weren't married at the time.  Well I didn't know what to think (especially with an x like mine) so I looked up the number and found out who was calling and what it pertained to...an old medical bill.  I promptly called him back and gave him all my x-husbands information so he could reach him.  Score 1 for karma!!!!!

Called me regarding a relative. Would not give any information other than a call back number, web site (With .WS as a suffix), and company name 'Design Receivable Solutions'. Specifically would not state if he was a collection agency, which I believe is illegal.

I received a voice mail from Christ Verdict at extension 3054. He never said who he wanted to talk to either but want a call back and said "this is DRSI, a debt collector". I found it really bizzard because I dont have any old deliquent medical bills and all my payments are on time! I am not going to call back. At least tell me who you are looking for.

"John" from DRSI called my adult daughter, who is on my healthcare plan, regarding an outstanding medical bill from over 2 years ago.  The "provider" was a firm she's never received treatment from, and which has never been mentioned in any of our insurance paperwork.  I called John for more info, and he was unable to bring up my daughter's name or phone number or my name in his records.  He asked for our social security numbers and addresses, which I declined to give him.  To his credit, John (last name King) behaved in a professional manner on the phone and made no threats.  He told me DRSI was a collection firm that dealt with medical claims.  I told him we're going to ignore this matter for now and see what happens.

Found message on my answering machine from DRSI to call Collin Curtis at his extension 3009 today. I am sure what this Debt Collector wants. It's regarding a $50 bill, which I paid to Marina Mercy Hospital in MdR almost 18 months ago. I told the hospital billing person that I paid that money 1 day after my emergency there. They send me a bill about 16 months after the emergency. I had my bank send me the endorsed check along with the check number. Told the hospital about it. Instead they send another statement and another letter that now my account was turned over to a debt collector. I called the hospital again, which stated they would withdraw the debt collector part. Obviously they lied. I let them ride out their own laziness and stupidity. Maybe they want a lawsuit. If they harass me enough a lot longer, I might actually turn this nonsense over to lawyers to look into possible harassment charges. I have communicated enough with the hospital and definitely will not deal with Mr. Curtis from DRSI....

This number called my 10 year old sons phone twice.  I called the number back and got Jason at "Design Receivable Solutions".  He wanted to speak with Mr. Dickerson the first time and the second time he was looking for Derick.  I honestly think they just pick names at random in hopes of hitting on one.  I asked that my sons number be removed from their calling list (it uses his minutes).  We shall see.  Anyway, I think this number is some bogus attempt at Identity theft or credit info.

I had the same calls from D.R.S.I. They do not say who they are calling for or what's it's in regards to ? They don't say your first name or last name ?? I personally think it's a scam. They just say it's a debt collection company. The phone company can block the phone number from ringing your cell phone.

    Collector.
He was professional, but persistant.  (still not the type of calls I like to see)
Asked for my first name only, and when it didn't matched his records, offered to remove my number right away.

I realize this is old - However, the decision not to call back because I don’t have any medical bills is short sighted typical -
