Horrible customer service!!!!!!! Can't tell if these guys are still in business or not except for the occasional notice that they send out!?!?!?!
Received a letter from this firm in regards to a debt that had nothing to do with our company. Sent a response letter back to the address they provided explaining their error. Two and a half months later we received a "FINAL DEMAND NOTICE" claiming that our lack of response validates their claim as an undisputed debt.
Tried calling them directly for three days straight on the number they provided. No answer. Instead you get shuffled into an endless loop of recordings. As I write this I have been on hold for exactly 56 minutes listening to a looped message claiming that my "estimated wait time is less than one minute". I have heard that message 56 times now. I think these guys purposely avoid clients to force their fake claims through the system to obtain a judgment.
