Advises that there's a message from my doctors office and please have my patient number ready when I call.

I keep receiving calls stating there's a message from my doctors office and please have my patient number ready when I call. These appear to be "phishing" phone contacts from a bogus company.

its legit...we went to an urgentcare facility, and they give a flyer for medvoice...they call you when test results or xray results are in then you call the number enter your patient id u were given at yhe med facility and retrieve ur message about your results

Please let us know what Dr. office this call is coming from. Thank you.

They called me yesterday and today. From an area code that I haven't lived at in over a year. There is no way I have an Urgent Care trying to follow up with me 12+ months later.

Does anyone know how to get them to stop calling?

This is the third time I have had a call from this agency.

Once a message was for Joshua, then the urgent care number where the message can be received.  So I called and got a message service after hours and told them this is my phone number, there is no Joshua, etc.  

The message service took all the information and said they would straighten this out.  SHE TOLD ME THAT THE PATIENT LEFT TWO PHONE NUMBERS WHERE THEY COULD BE REACHED...MINE WAS ONE OF THEM. So I told her maybe he reversed a number, she told me she would correct this.

Now this morning (Sat) I am receving calls again!  There is no Josh here, I've had this number for a year.
There is no "name" that is being left.  

I don't want these calls unless they are for me...  there is no customer service # to call.
WHY WHY WHY ????

This is a SICK joke if someone is doing this on purpose!
